Best Indian cuisine in the bay area recommended to everyone!!
We ordered Samosas for an event. They weren't good. Too oily and the filling was also not great tasting.
Tea was literally sugared water and milk. I doubt they even used tea leaves. Biryani was bland, no salt no spice
Lamb was like leather rocks. "Medium" spice level should've been labeled on the low end of mild, compared to other Indian spots. Garlic naan lacked garlic flavor. Rice was pretty dry. Portions were generous, but I definitely wouldn't order again. There are several superior options in the area.
I ordered my food at this restaurant there were just 2 items iced coffee and chicken tandoori and after 40 min I reached there to pick up my order and then I wait more 30 min I don’t know they were fixing their kitchen or what so b aware if u wanna wait 1 hour+ to pickup ur order
Update: excellent service through the toughest of times during the pandemic5 stars!Best value for the money amongst dozens of Indian restaurants.Rude at times on phone orders... people that get abusive/impatient every time I call-even after 9 years of patronage. Awful...($1000's spent). However, since the food was good, I stayed loyal.
Delicious food, will be ordering again!
The food is hella good. So much favor.
If, like us, your favorite indian food place closed, try this place. We called the restaurant and picked up our order about 20 minutes later. The food was not quite ready, so we waited about 5 minutes. Warning, look for the Kerry House awning- the place is under it. We are about 10 minutes door to door. Our food was so hot we had to be careful dishing it out. We enjoyed chicken tikka masala, tandoori grill, lamb curry, and dal makhani. Since it was our first time ordering, we got everything medium. It was hot enough to complement the spiciness and leave some burn in your mouth, very enjoyable. We also had veggie pakora and veggie samosa. We ordered plain naan and garlic naan. The last of the naan was used to mop up the curry and masala sauces. I even got some papadum. We paid $83 for all that Indian food wonderfulness. We will definitely be back.
So tasty and fresh! I loved the tofu malai kofta
