Phenomenal fried chicken, though it seems expensive for the portion size. The buttermilk biscuit is delicious and the cucumber salad is also tasty but has A LOT amount of mint in it.Pictured is the fried entree meal for $13.50.
First time trying this chicken place. Folks that work there are nice and provide fast service . Clean place ! The chicken bowl was so good ! We also got some wings to try . Not my fav but I’m also not a huge wing fan in general . Pretty cool spot! Would come back again
One of my favorite chicken spots. Chicken is crispy, and there's a hint of spice to it. Their chips are good, but I like substituting them for fries with a side of malted mayo. Their bone broth is really good, too.
I ordered a chicken sandwich, buffalo wings and honey mustard wings.The good: The honey mustard sauce they dipped the wings. The crispness of the batter the coat the chicken sandwich with.The Bad: Everything tasted bland and had zero seasoning. All the chicken- both the wings and the sandwich were overcooked and very dry.I would not recommend Proposition Chicken.
My co-worker mentioned it's their favorite place to grab lunch so I got them a gift card, and myself a sandwich. Good fresh food. Get a magic bar!!!!!!
Surprisingly disappointing first experience here at lunch last week. I’ve heard lots of good things but was not impressed at all. The portion size was appropriate, but the flavors were underwhelming. The chicken sandwich was basically just a large spicy fried chicken tender with coleslaw on a bun, and the chips were pretty meh as well. I’ll be back to try again, but with lowered expectations.Was eating while driving so no pics from this visit. Will update after my next attempt.
Amazing chicken! The fried chicken sandwich with spicy slaw was delicious though my favorite was the side salad. The salad was popping with flavor of fresh grated cheeses, fresh produce and tangy dressing. Super delicious! The whole ambiance was fun and snarky. Highly recommended!
*Updated from previous review*The manager Nick is extremely helpful and truly cares about customer experience and satisfaction which is fantastic! The experience here can be hit or miss depending on who's serving you that day, but overall I'll continue coming here. Deserves 3.5 stars but I can't do half stars.
Delicious chicken, but I’m mainly in love with the biscuits omg so good! Service was okay.. not super friendly and we had to wait a really long time. Fries and wedges were pretty good. The tomato cucumber salad was a disappointment; could’ve been tasty but the strong raw onion smell ruined it completely. But I’ll be back for those biscuits!
Delicious fried chicken - tasted the sandwich and the patter. The coating on that fried chicken is to die for. Order and get ready for the wait. I'd get the fries because I found the chips that came with the sandwich wasn't as satisfying. But I can eat that slaw and fried chicken all day.My gluten free friend also said this is THE BEST place to get gluten free fried chicken. His exact words were "like, I am incredibly afraid for prop chicken to close one day because I wouldn't know what to do with myself."Had left over fried chicken later in the day and it was still delicious!!! I don't know what's in that coating but damn!
