I've ordered a late, and it took 1/2 hour for them to make the order I have to walk away because I was running late for work. Horrible service.I never have any issues with Peets at other locations. Worst customer service. They do not have any staff dedicated to walk-in customers. Be prepared to wait at least 45 minutes for simple Late.
I was here few hours ago like around 3 land the staffs there were talking bad about customers like “who orders these stuffs””, “why on my shift do they order these. Blah blah “

By far the worst customer service ever. Employees especially females just have attitude and it seems they hate their job? I ordered a Carmel mocchiatto "iced" they made it hot and when I confronted them about it they say this is a hot one and I said I know that so they literally just dumped it in a cup with about 12 pieces of ice that melted instantly so it's still basically a hot one lol. Btw no Carmel no extra shot like I had ordered and like I said horrible attitude both females and it's like I ruined their day?
I got a hot tea frim here this morning no ginger no honey and the person acted like they didn't want to serve me 12/31/21.
Nice floor plan and inside seating . Dud not ask for a vaccine card .
Got a couple of drinks today evening. Lovely clean market and coffee shop. Ample parking. Beautiful selection of merchandise (coffee cups and teas). Condiments table was well kept. Restroom are number padded and clean. Outdoor tables and umbrellas in good shape. Enjoyed our time here.
They wouldn't allow you to use the rest room while you are dying.
they are really rude store. purposely they they turn on heat on summer and turn on A/C on winter. they dont want customer sitting inside.
