The individual restaurants are all sperate and everything is automated from order to pick up. The annoying part is you can place your order online and you'll get a text saying ready in 30 minutes. There nothing that tells you you need to confirm your order when you get there on a tablet. There one person working the desk but she doesn't offer any assistance unless you can manage to get her attention. I stood there for 10 minutes before I watched enough door dashers come in to figure out the system. Get better staff or at least have better prompts on how to pick up your orders.
Hard to figure out the lay of the land when I first got there. From outside it looks like a coat check and some lockers. Very weird. I finally figured out there like six restaurants out of this one storefront. So you order on an iPad with isn’t very well marked, then on the right side you are supposed to check if your order is ready on two other iPads before going to the “coat check” windows. Don’t expect to eat here. The food was great except there were no utensils or napkins. A bit frustrating since all they do is takeout.
The customer service was excellent. Very clean atmosphere floors, bathrooms and food prep areas. Fishbone Seafood restaurant is absolutely delicious! This will be my 3rd experience eating here . The food is consistent, always hot & fresh . I highly recommend giving this place a try.Five Stars & Two thumbs up ..
The food was really good. That was my second time ordering from them, same plate, same sides but the first time I had enough food to fill me up. I even had leftovers for the next day, but the last time, the amount of food that they gave me wouldn't have filled up a 2 year old. The pieces of brisket that they gave me were really tiny and the ribs were so small they looked like they came from a pigeon and the breast was really tiny, looked like it came from a parrot.
The Pastrami B-fast burrito I inhaled was culinary bliss. From the crispy tater tots, to the fresh pastrami with a nice bark on it, made me wanna do the humpty dance with each bit taken. Plus, the employee up front greeted me with a big smile and was very friendly. I definitely see this place taking more of my money and I have no problems with that.
I placed order for a 4pc Campero individual meal it was great only thing I would like if they were more specific with the chicken pieces that come included in the meal so I could make appropriate add on for chicken. Otherwise it was delicious.
Orderd from Jamaican Flaves the food was/is and always DELICIOUS!!! First time having Jamaican good a few wks ago and since then have been hooked. The beef patties are good, the chicken patties bury with a box please *CHEFS KISS* Combo meal of jerk chicken and ox tails AHMAZING. Will always order from them FOREVER.
Cool spot. Check out the variety of restaurants inside. I'm usually always ordering ice cream from Miharu Ice Cream, or cakes and pies from D's Treats. Very good desserts.
