This is NOT a retail outlet, so don't expect white glove service. This is mainly a supplier to restaurants etc. BUT they are willing to sell direct to the public and they are very responsive to enquiries on email. So if you have questions, mail ahead and come prepared. The deals on seafood if it's in stock are amazing enough to compensate for this being a busy workplace where you're not the center of attention.

Horrible customer service, you get there and aak for help they will just walk pass you and ignore you. Ive never experience such horrible customer service anywhere but here. They only help their Asian people. Im never coming to this damn place.
Unbelievablely huge lobsters & crabs, tough to park, bring your own cooler, but our Covid Seafood feast rocked!
I drove alongside their driver on Highway 80 eastbound at 10 AM on a Saturday morning and their driver was on the phone the whole time I was next to them. They need to address this situation ASAP. Hopefully the photo I took of him will be published on this site soon
