We were travel to Northern California. Went to Oakland at 8.30pm. We want Asian food. Find Chinatown. Many stores and restaurants in Chinatown are closed. Saw a restaurant with an open sign still open. We entered the restaurant and saw it was not busy. They write that the best food is BBQ. We ordered roast duck. Seafood Tofu Claypot and perking pork chops . Roast duck is very greasy. Perking pork chops are sour. Seafood pot is ok.

The server and food were horrible. I love roasted duck and I thought what better place than Chinatown. The duck was mainly fat and had no flavor. Then there were feather follicles I took to be parasites sticking out of the meat. The rice was hard and tasted like it had been made the day before and the tea had no flavor. The server was unpleasant and was trying to rush me out. I'm sure other dishes are good and they're normally nice, but my experience has turned me off from this place. However, the cashier lady was extremely nice.

Worst service ever! Ridiculously and TOTALLY OVERPRICED and not even because of the pandemic. My grandson wanted his food warmed up because they brought him cold food. Guy threw his plate in front of him. Of course I was livid! I told the lady at the counter and not only was she as rude as her employees, she act like she didn’t understand what I said, mind you she saw her worker throw that plate at my grandson on the table. 3rd time we came to buy duck in the last 3 months and was charged $30 which looked like it wasn’t a whole duck (see pictures) when I put it in the pot to warm it up. My family has patronize their business for over 20+ years and needless to say we will never ever do so after today. Two thumbs down ? ?

The duck looked good but it was by far the greatest duck I've ever had in my life. there was literally 90% fat and 10% meat. usually it's more like 50/50. My friend said he would go back but I couldn't even eat it. I had to go home and finish cooking it in the air fryer. 2 ducks plus rice and gratuity was $70. We were gonna eat out. So I paid $10 gratuity at time of purchase. Then my friend wanted to eat there. And we got absolutely no table service of any kind. I was very disappointed. I had to go find somebody to ask for water.

Decent. Nothing especially good or bad.Flavors were good but not amazing.Prices are high but the portions are large to match.I liked the food but I guess when I ordered beef chow mein with vegetables I expected more than a few uncut bok choy leaves as "vegetables".If this place tightened up its game, it could be a solid 4 star.

Great to have a place open til 3 AM, Weds. through Mon.. Good food, I like the Salt and Pepper Squid, Chow Fun and the BBQ Pork.

My brother introduced me to this tasty place. Things I love there: Crispy pork, chicken feet, chicken chow mane, hot and sour soup, fried rice and all of their vegetable dishes. This is the place I take my family unless we are out of town. I love this place, their people that work there and especially their food!?

Fresh great Chinese food.. I visited when I be in Oakland

I only been to this place once after watching the show at Yoshi. The food is not bad but the congee is not my favorite. One thing I noticed is that there are lots of people coming in at late hours. I believe trying it again will be the best way to judge this place. Although the roast duck is not bad.Going to this place will be an issue for me because I live in Daly City.

Salted fish fried rice - definitely salty and delicious.Whole duck - oily and tasty as it should be.Beef noodles - decent, but was a bit small.Pricing was reasonable. Huge plus that this place is open really late. Would recommend.
