I was at the drive through. I made the mistake the saying can I get a small water. (I think the employee should have asked do you mean bottled water?) I get the receipt and notice it say bottle water. I said "that is bad for the environment. Please removed that and give me a refund." Then I see the cashier making extensive hand gestures and I heard her say "I want a refund." I asked 'are you making fun of me??"I am in my car, I can not make big hand gestures and I can see her mocking me.
Not sure why this is listed as 24 hours. I showed up at 10:45pm on Thursday and they had already closed off the drive through lane.
It took 3 tries but I finally was able to get a McPlant with double patties. The cashier's don't take much initiative if you want to customize your order, so check what they give you before you drive away.
Severely understaved during night shift from the look of it, the food is mc donalds quality which is great, good fries, good burger as usual. However, there seems to only be 2 people working in the drive-through most days, it took 10 minutes for about 3 cars to get their orders which sucks, we had to pay through the window where we get out food.

I spent 10 dollars here ordering with my phone and I show them the code and they apparently say I only ordered small fries and didn’t even give me a refund, I recommend you guys not to come here at night or actually ever.
Picked up doordash order they never looked at me just made my order sat it at the counter and walked surprised they even knew I was a dasher
The burgers are nice and fresh I just wish they would cook the fries as you order them. They are always cold
I love this McDonald's. Their drive through is very quick, the food is always Hot and their customer service is great. These employees are extremely nice, A+ in my books....
I never received my food. Another customer came outside to inform other customers that mcdonalds would not be serving us this morning. Terrible service, they took my money and gave me nothing in return. I ended up making breakfast for myself later. They owe me about 7 dollars, when I called them their phone number is disconnected.
