The lady at the front had good customer service. But they charge for everything including extra ranch and other sauces. Food had no flavor.

The best $51 I’ve ever spent?

On two occasions I went to Louisiana fish and Chips and ordered the regular catfish, with no spices and no salt because I’m a diabetic. And on both occasions they gave me salt and spices which in turn gives me heartburn. As a diabetic it’s important for restaurant establishments to get my order correctly because I would have to consume products such as an acid tablets that have a lot of sugar in them. I was disappointed in their service because I asked for a refund and one of the employees refuse to give me a refund. My experience is that the customer service is terrible and they don’t value the customers they don’t even care if you were diabetic and that I can die from eating food that is too rich in spices. My advice for anyone who wants to buy Cat Fish, I would rather spend my money at JJ’s seafood establishment in Oakland and throughout the bay area.

Im from right around the corner this use to be the spot..Now its owned by new people who don't season the meat.I had recently grabbed some food from here service was on point as well as portion. But lady in the back or whoever cooking CAN NOT COOK I REPEAT (CAN NOT COOK)!P.s. Cajun chicken aint cajun it literally taste like it's burnt ??‍♂️ but it aint burnt but it is but it ain??‍♂️Im gone yall ik i wont do it again✌?

Gabby was very sweet and professional. She greeted us as we walked in and was very attentive and clear when answering our questions. Here's the unfortunate part of our visit,Our food?!!!!. We did not receive quality food for the price we paid $55. We were given tail ends & odd pieces of snapper that must have been dried out before it was fried. The catfish was also cut up packed with the serving of fries. We didn't know that we wouldn't receive filet not cut up pieces or Nuggets. The fish was spicy but flavorless. My daughter enjoyed the Cajun wings but they didn't taste like they were seasoned thoroughly. The potato salad was sweet. The ranch dip was sweet. The green salad was iceberg, tomatoes & carrots. The Celery sticks included in the hot package of the Chicken and fries were not washed properly. Now that I think about it..the cook had no hair net or mask on.She looked annoyed & mean. She needs to recognizes the way she feels about what she is doing shows in the quality and presentation of her food. On the night I decide to eat out vs cook && we decided to try a new spot.Their sign says seafood and burrito...they no longer make burritos.??‍♀️The condiments were packed nicely.I wouldn't have had a problem with the portions if the quality was worth what I spent. Supporting my neighborhood businesses,Now I have to cook something to eat ?

We were VERY WELL satisfied with our experience!

Was expecting the food to be a little more tasty. Fried oysters not bad, w the oysters fresh. But the overall taste was flat...nothing exceptional w the coating. Tartar sauce was a poor substitute for the real thing...just a glorified mayonnaise. And the macaroni salad was terrible. The customer service from the "manager" was a note of distaste. Young mouthy girl w no manners and profiling customers....Discriminatory as a matter of fact.Minding manners w no ageism is better customer service.

Delicious food and great service.

Great Fish & Chips..

The food is still good. I had the catfish and prawns. The prices are higher post Covid. Wear your mask.
