I have long been a fan of Le Cheval when I've dined in. I was hoping against hope to reproduce that experience by ordering out on the Uber Eats app. Don't bother. I've ordered 4 times from them in as many months. On 2 out of those 4 occasions, Le Cheval canceled my order at the last minute. Uber Eats gave me a 30% off coupon which--surprise--Le Cheval was "too busy" to honor. On the last occasion I put in an order without the 30% off coupon, Le Cheval did not cancel the order but did a poor job of fulfilling it. They confused an order for soy sauce fish for "soy sauce rice." One costs $16 the other $1.50. I had to ask for a refund, but it was disappointing not to receive what I had ordered because I was looking forward to it. The quality of the food, once it arrived, was not up to par. Now of course, take out food never is: it's not hot, it's not as flavorful because it may be dried out upon arrival. But add to that the terrible quality of the delivery, And you're primed for disappointment. Another issue: don't bother trying to complain through Uber Eats. Their customer service reps are terrible: they cut and paste their responses so that they can get you off the complaint line as fast as possible without actually attending to your concerns.

Bland, not much flavor to either of our dishes. They were delivered to our table quickly, but were not very hot, making us wonder about freshness.

Delicious Vietnamese food. I've been coming here with my family and friend's since the 1980s and they haven't lost their excellent authentic Vietnamese cooking skills. It's an absolute must to try their Chinese Water Snake shots. A+
Has the salty prawns and chicken fried rice and I got an order of beef fried rice for a coworker. It was so good. I was doing the happy dance
The Birdnest noodle dish was delicious. My friend had the garlic noodles with shrimps and it too was delicious.

Times they are a' changing! Le Cheval use to be a favorite place for celebrations , business meetings, etcétera. With the Covid situation, hadnt been back in a while, went last week ordered a lunch dish of squid; son asked for the veggies clay pot dish, couple of beers. Both dishes were a bummer, my son has veen there a number of previous times as well. Will not be returning
