They have food fresh and hot ??? at all times
In order to go here one must have no expectations lol. Been there twice of late and both time items have missing from my order. So it seems to be some sort tactic by management or some behind the scenes foolishness.

Worst KFC ever! Screwed up my order 2 days in a row. I called to try to get my order fixed I was met with an upleasant attitude and no help what so ever. When I poltiley explained the issue that I didn't received part of the combo as advertised, a cookie and sauce. I was told that cookies aren't part of the combo. It is advertised this way and he continued to argue and hung up on me when he "went to someone else to clarify". When I called back I was forwarded multiple times. I wish I could give one star. Terrible customer service, terrible food, and you will never get your sauce nor cookies as advertised.
Dining room open friendly staff fast service besides no public bathroom but clean on inside
