I order prawn noodle soup and got all noodles, a few veggies; and I mean a few and 4 prawns. Also, I ordered some steamed veggies in a small container and they were not crunchy, they were mushy, and the customer service is disappointing and disrespectful and disregarding they only care about money?. I spent $14 and some change, what a ripoff.Now I remember? why I stop going there last time.I never will patronize jade palace again.??????????????
Not good they give me old food , and I told them it tastes like old and or over cooked they made it again and mix the old with the fresh shrimp. I will not be returning. Old food with high prices ?.
Food is always good. With the exception of the green beans this time. It's get a little pricey. But I also understand the reason for the increase.
Very disappointed with jade place...prawns seem to have been fried twice...Very hard dried fried ribs the same way..I will not be returning to jade palace again.
I like jade Palace, but the last 2 times I ordered there, they got my order wrong! I should have checked it before I exited, I will never do that again very hungry and didn't have any food to eat that night. I stay at a hotel and was not leaving to go search for food! Overall, they have very good food?
Dried fried ribs terrible. The worst I ever had
If you like crab cheese wontons with no cheese, dumplings with no dipping sauce, and sesame chicken with no rice this is the place for you! Oh and you need to lack any taste buds because all of it is either bland or super spicy and disappointing.

Even though I miss the deliverer they came back you can't beat that. The food is excellent I really enjoy eating it.
