I just stopped here 17 minutes ago while leaving Oakland because I have an hour and a 10 minute drive ahead of me so I thought a milkshake could be a treat on the way. Huge mistake - 17 minutes and I'm still in line. This is fast food that is definitely not fast. I'm adding who knows how long to my commute all for a milkshake that I have yet to taste.
Why does the food never look like what was posted. I swear, I wish I would have took a picture of this sorry burger I got from here. Next time I promise. It was the Bacon Buttery Sourdough Jack, just sad. Nothing as pictured. I even asked for Jalapeños added to my burger, they gave me a order of Jalapeños poppers! This food cost too much not to get what at least the dang food looks like on the screen.☹
Was grimy people working the window, ripped me off my drinks ,pies and paid for specialty meal and gave kids meal, don't recommend the location, definitely needs management upgrade and staff.
I work for a delivery service and was picking up two orders at this particular location for two separate deliveries. I waited at least 10 minutes before the restaurant workers could even get the order together, and once it was together and I began my drop offs to the customers. The first drop off was fine and after I dropped the second one off the customer contacted me to say that they were missing an item. So long story short about this particular location is that I'm unsatisfied because I delivered an order trusting that it should be correct, however it wasn't. Thumbs down ?for these guys.
Took 40 minutes for the drive through to get through 5 cars. I saw one of the responses left on another review noting the same slow issue. And the manager stated that Covid is the reason that they are more or less slow and that the dining room is closed. Covid is not a reason to be that slow, they’re literally cooking one burger and assembling them before they start the next burger. If the dining room is closed at night, they should be faster getting orders out as there is no orders coming from the dining room. If they’re this slow, they should hire another worker.
Drive thru very slow, food is always cold. Closes at random times. Not a great business idea. Never coming back. Waited in drive thru for 25 mins before they decided to close the drive thru in the middle of nowhere. Go to McDonald’s down the street, their drive thru is fast
I just love how certain locations make up their own rules? For instance your Oakland CA (Hagenburger) location has decided to only allow drive thru after I just spoke to 2 other locations around and they both said they all should be allowing customers to walk in and order togo? It's not like I was looking to dine inside but when u have 15 cars in your drive thru its a option that should be available but like I said the employees are obviously running the show or the manager that's on obviously no the company
I went there last night to try Jack in the Box for the first time. I waited in the drive through line for 45 minutes just to get to the window and they say they can’t take my order because their system is down. They said only Uber eats orders. I don’t understand why they would let the line build up like that and not notify people that their system is down. Bad first experience not going their again.
At night time, there is only 2 guys working. You have to wait at least 30 minutes to ask for your order, after that you have to wait an extra 15 minutes to pay and get your food. That is to much time waiting in the drive-thru. The waiting time has to be less that 30 minutes.
I use to go here regularly until recently it's been short staffed, or possibly no change for you bills during payment process. Most nights I go through drive thru and lines are ridiculously longNot to mention I get alllllllllllll The Way upto the speaker to order after long waiting and b00m ? They're outta My favorite#13TheGrilled chicken for the club sndch is always out quickly at this particular location. If that ain't the issue then it's closedSo I just started heading all the way to San Leandro Marina location ?
