It is beyond dirty. There’s so many homeless people in the drive-through I didn’t even wanna let my window down because they just start asking you for money obviously. And then when I finally got to the window there was three homeless people to greet me one asking me how my morning is going at 3 AM. Not to be rude but the last thing I wanna smell at 3 AM is a bunch of BO and cigarettes. I asked the lady the larger lady with the orange bun at the window what was the problem with that. Obviously they don’t like to call the police so you know the best advice I have for you in coming to this drive-through is definitely go with caution because it’s going to be somewhat dangerous and very gross. Literally I left two minutes ago in my car still smells like cigarettes it’s just disgusting. Also tried to get a hold of the store itself and the mailbox is full. I’m not surprised as I’m sure so many other people have complained due to the fact they poorly maintained their store
I've raised my rating for this location due to the recent remodel and dramatic improvement both customer service and food quality.The drive through lines can get long.Ample parking, but keep an eye on your car.Food quality meets standards.The neighborhood can be a bit seedy at times, so you may encounter panhandlers or self-employed adult entertainers.
My chicken sandwich was FRESH and Delicious, my fries were Fresh...no wait on Drive Thru...
Bought a number 1 combo. I was given my order in a paper bag and ended up spilling it after I walked out of the door. The staff saw what happened and replaced my entire order with a smile. I will definitely revisit this one. I'm more interested in the plant based items that the fast food industry are beginning to offer.
It was actually not good when normally it's hella yummy. Food was stale. I'd say take your money to food max and buy real ingredients and cook something healthy. Fast foods killing everyone. Go[=Sq aa a

Used drive thru it was fast and cashier was really polite.
I asked for 4 burgers with fries, after waiting. I received my food and when I arrived home and get ready to eat once I finish my burgers I started with my fries. My fries where not cooked at all. They where half cooked. The waiting is better than the store that is close to shell 73rd.
I ordered an sandwich but they only gave me bread and sauce in a bag…. I don’t expect much from fast food but… this is sad.
