Used to get food there often until the day they treated me really bad for no reason.I was waiting for my order with a few other people and the man said to look at the Doordash table to check if my order was there, then i said i wasn’t doordash, that i called to order. Then the lady super rude said “you can go inside and check if your order is ready… go to the kitchen and ask”. I was like???? I’m literally just saying i’m not doordash. I didnt even complained my order was late because i saw they were busy. She, again, said for me to go check myself because they had a lot of orders.All the people there said she was being rude for no reason. I just walked out and said i didnt want that s*ht anymore. Their loss because it was not paid yet.10min later she calls, i didnt pick up, and she left a voice message saying my food was ready. Completely crazy. Never going back there again.
I live in Belgium, so one of the things I tend to do when I head to my old stomping grounds is try to eat my body weight in Chinese food, and boy did this place not disappoint.The staff was lovely and amazing. The food was plentiful and filling. The sesame seed balls we got were the perfect mix of fluffy and sweet. I will be heading back every time I head to the Bay.
Had a great experience here! Fantastic food fair prices and very friendly staff. They even included a few extra sesame balls in my order which were delicious. Will definitely be back.
Holly’s became part of our pandemic survival plan. Super nice people, delicious food, excellent prices, and we can easily ask for adjustments to dishes. We love this place.
Standard Chinese cuisine. The eggplant tofu is delicious but doesn’t have the tofu half the time.
DO NOT ORDER DOOR DASH: I stood in the lobby for 30 minutes and was barely acknowledged.I'm only giving 2 stars because the owner seems really overwhelmed and really sweet. It seems like they are understaffed. We got off of a 4 hour flight starving. Ordered at the Oakland airport, picked up my car and an hour later it still wasn't even started. I witnessed how busy it was and I sympathize, but it was just too long to be waiting.
Holly's has a good selection of vegetarian options. I particularly enjoyed the Yu Shiang eggplant

Holly is the sweetest, most genuine person, who clearly cares so much about every customer and wants everyone to have a great experience. And the food is amazing, for a great price! Best Chinese food around!
