My step-brother recommended this place and described it as both tasty and very affordable. My experience did not reflect that - everything was very expensive and the food was nothing special. I assume they have raised their prices quite a bit since my brother was there, or he has become completely detached from the notion of what is affordable. The sushi was fine, but the beef teriyaki was pretty underwhelming. Lunch was $88 for my girlfriend and I before tip (we got two nigiri, a chirashi bowl, and a beef teriyaki). For that amount of money I would rather go to Kirala.
Best takeout sushi I've had. Highly recommend the omokase, you get a selection of some of their best and its all very high quality, especially the salmon belly, otoro and blue fin. Check out the wakame su and agenasu appetizers
This is my Japanese fix for a long time. A family style Japanese owned and operated by a Japanese family. The food is authentic.The service is on the spot.You only have too go now.And because of inflation, it gets expensive, the two of us is another $90, but the food quality is great.I wish I could dine in again once the Covid is gone.
This place a speedy, fast, great quality basic sushi. No frills. Carryout only. They use all plastic and styrofoam containers.
Used to love this place but prices have gone up too much for the quality. It’s no longer affordable. :( not on any of the food delivery/pickup apps either unfortunately, otherwise I would love to use credits on it to help defray the cost.
Nice char on the chicken.. sushi was fresh.. tempura was bland and no color..
The best sushi I've had in years. They don't skimp on the portions of fish, they give you a proper slab of it for each piece. Everything was fresh and delicious. 10/10
First time trying this sushi place because of the online reviews and sad to say I was truly disappointed. Not even pleasing to the eye. The unagi had a fishy taste and the tempura wasn’t golden brown. I definitely had better sushi.
Didn't taste any better than Safeway's sushi. Just priced higher. Smh
Takeout food was good! But the sidewalk in front of the store needs to be steamed clean!!
