Never bought bbq and had to choose between potato salad or beans. Most places I've been give you both but the sauce is good
OMG! This is just the best BBQ, with good portions. I got the 2-way combo with cornbread.
The lady who does the Queing...she enjoys what she do, she enjoy to see people eat ...I'll most definitely go back....
Came in from Seattle and wanted to check out Lenas Soul Food Cafe. Walked out due to rude customer service. The young lady with the locs gave this place a bad rep for me. My husband decided to order his food regardless, and it still sits in the fridge ready to be thrown out. The greens had no flavor were hard and not done and the Mac n cheese was a no go as well, baked fish was flavorless. On our way out we passed by Gennys FiRepit BBQ . Stopped and received great customer service and conversation, not to mention her food was AMAZING!!! The greens were Tender and full of flavor, the yams were on fire, Mac n cheese super good. BBQ was on point. Taste like real soul food from down south.
This is a very welcoming place. The people are marvelous as is the food. We placed a large order for ribs for our nephew's birthday. They were very generous with the portions the sides were all very good as well. I recommend this place
Just got me some ribs and links, baked beans and yams and corn bread. Mmmmm
Just the smell from this was worth the 20$. Service was very warm and friendly glad I randomly visited this place!
She said she wasn't opened but had food coming out and had me stand there for Minutes while on phone to tell me she was closed
