Instant 5 starsToday was the first time I ate food from this place. I'm literally still eating it.If I died this afternoon, I'd die happy. The sesame chicken tastes like heaven. The rice with the egg gravy is making me a better human just by looking at it. The pot stickers, whoever made those deserves an award from every imaginable awards ceremony.Eat here.
Staff are so kind to everyone. The food is great. Best Chinese takeout ? in Oakland!! They were extremely accommodating to my seafood/fish allergy and I felt like they totally understood my food needs. I got the chicken corn soup, chicken noodle soup, chicken fried rice, Kung pao chicken, hot and sour soup. The chicken in the soup is plain as expected. It’s tender. The skinny egg noodles in it were really satisfying. I asked for everything spicy and they gave me a lot of hot chili oil. All the veggies in the dishes were so fresh and crispy. The spring rolls were extremely fresh and hot. By far my favorite part was the spring rolls! This restaurant is takeout only, but they let me sit inside and wait for my food. Really friendly staff!
Perfect after a hike. Ginger beef nice and chewy. Walnut chicken flavorful. Nice service.
Absolutely disgusting! Hubby and I ordered house fried rice & chicken chow mein. It was dry, no seasoning and tasted old. Hardly any chicken in the chow mein. The house fried rice was dry and hardly any meat. The last time was their I tried the lemon chicken & it was hard as a rock.
Love their fresh vegetables in everything... nice portions and delicious dishes
Rolled the dice from our air bnb and it landed on Flower Lounge. We ordered a fairly unadventurous selection of Szechuan Shrimp, Wonton Soup with Roast Pork, Chicken Fried Rice and Chicken Chow Fun. We also ordered Vegetable Egg Foo Yung but discovered that they no longer make Egg Foo Yung dishes. I'm not sure why, but we are flexible. Everything was hot, delicious, and prepared carefully. The soup was loaded with pork, dumplings, and vegetables, and the broth tasty and not loaded with salt. The Szechuan Shrimp were deep fried and tossed in a vinegary, slightly spicy sauce. The Chicken Chow Fun had lots of chicken, and big pieces of tasty bok choy, which was cooked until tender. My son had the Chicken Fried Rice and enjoyed it. The prices were really great, the owner was cheerful, and this place goes on our go-to list for easy, tasty Chinese food. They have more authentic dishes on the menu which we will explore next time
Love this place and the folks who work there
Still not reopened for in resturant dining yet, even though they say they are working on it. Service can be good depending or who helps you. Food is still good except this time my salt and pepper ribs were fried so hard they were inedible. I'm sure this was a one off since I have been ordering from here for years and never had that problem before. Would recommend, especially when they reopen.
Good food for the price, pleasant staff.
I love this place I eat here at least once a week.
