My dude and I have been referring to this place as "That Smell-Good Corner Spot" for months. There isn't a sign, they don't have a website (they DO have an IG). You are only going to know you've made it, when the musk of an angel fills your nostrils. I don't know if it is science-magic or witchcraft, but I don't care. It's delicious, put it in my body.
This place is immaculate!!! Me and my mom went there for the first time and wanted to go get seconds ??. We are foodies so we be trying places and it’s been a min since we came across some good food and money worth until yesterday? Reasonable and good prices for fulfilling amount of food. Nice and hot. Great costumer service! I look forward to coming back sometime soon. Ouuu and the mac and cheese is delicious , I ain’t had some good Mac and cheese in a min.
We stopped here on our honeymoon back in June 2021. I still think about about this food almost every day. Hands down the best greens, mac n cheese, and yams I have EVER eaten. It is magical. I just want to move to Oakland and live upstairs so I can't have it all the time. ???
Having a love of Filipino food and being from the south and growing up on classic and traditional southern food i was excited when my friend told me about this establishment. I must admit I was left feeling underwhelmed.
I really enjoy ? the food and they treat me well service wise ??. I had fried chicken ?, mac n cheese ?, greens and lumpia. I had plenty leftover to go back twice. They produce good food - a little pricey. It would be nice if they would start taking ? orders by phone ☎️-- you must have patience.. wait ✋? times can be brutal when you are hungry... just saying! ?...
I had the shrimp and chicken and lumpia my meal was great! My GF had salmon and It was dry and lacked flavor.

OMG I was blown away. FOOD WAS JUST DELICIOUS. I GOT THE OG PLATE , came with fried lobster, salmon, shrimp, on a bed of jasmine rice and tasty mac n cheese with some soulful greens. Boy I'm telling you it had my soul Flippin just reading the menu. I'm getting the kings plate next time. Definitely worth the trip and prices are decent. A bit expensive but good food cost.Thanks guys I went straight to sleep afterwards. Best food experience in oakland so far.

Had the fried chicken and shrimp plate and I loved it. Gave a a nice sized portion of macaroni and cheese and the chicken lumpia was good too. I'll be back for the king plate!!
