They were super busy and it was the loudest airport lounge I have ever been to. Not saying it was an unpleasant experience. The 2 staff were super nice but obviously under staffed. Lots of dirty glasses and dishes that needed to be bussed but the staff understandably was too busy. The food was adequate. Charging plugs in the seating were not functional but was able to find some operational wall plugs. Everything, with the exception of the nice staff, was adequate. Hope to come back someday and have a better experience.

Honestly not a lot to like here, especially compared to other lounges. They were understaffed and the front desk was frequently empty. Plates were piled up on nearby tables from guests who had left 1+ hour ago. The food was lousy, and many options from their online menu were not available. The espresso machine was also broken. There are less power outlets available here than in the general terminalI give it 2 stars for being a quiet place with limited food & beverages. I would consider stopping if you get free access, but I would not pay.

If you are thinking of paying out of pocket, don't do it unless you drink. The food portions are tiny and too few to choose from. In fairness though, they did taste good. I spent 4 hours in the lounge waiting for my delayed connection and they only brought out cookies one time. They were gone in about 3 minutes. The lounge itself is way to small. The airport had more spacious seating. The staff were attentive and tried to keep things clean.Overall, I don't feel this lounge is worth the price. I got a "discount" of $5.00 by paying in advance online. Because I don't drink, I was not happy paying $40.00 for such a small variety of food and the limited supply of comfortable seating.

What a gem! I had no idea about a lounge at Oakland had it not been an Alaska flight from gate 8. Figuring that I qualified, I tried it out. Very friendly staff, small but not crowded (unlike most other Centurion Lounges) and decent variety of foods (taps style) and drinks. Breakfast is good but the lunch assortment was even better. Shoutout to the staff and service, who keep it humming.

Food was good but make sure you wait for a fresh batch. The lounge could use some other snacks like fresh fruit , chips, cookies etc.. otherwise the cooked food is pretty good. Short staffed but they work hard. Tip them well. All in all a nice place to relax and worth the price if you're paying cash to have unlimited drinks and food before your flight

Extremely professional and courteous staff!Such a pleasant experience dealing with them!Slightly crowded at noon, but still comfortable enough that we got a place to sit.Food was really tasty and fresh.Overall a really nice place away from the hustle and noise at the gate.

Ok, I admit it. We showed up a few mins after they closed; We were the only travelers there. I’ve worked in service and understand that by no means are servers obligated to serve patrons after close. But ‘Mario’ was the literal definition of above and beyond. Without contempt, he seated us, and brought out a few different foods, all fantastic on their own but together turned into a mini feast. He brought us beers in fancy glasses and poured some shots of whiskey too. I might have mumbled a desire to have a shot, but he delivered and was attentive to our needs as if he owned the place. This was truly an experience that keeps my faith in mankind to be kind and helpful to one another.

Reny and the entire staff makes your visit most enjoyable and ensures your stay is comfortable and hospitable.

Been hanging out here sincce 2017. They made some changes due to the pandemic but does not take away from the experience of the lounge. The no longer provide bottled water which isn't too big of a deal. The sodas are still in a can in the same refrigerator. The coffee is the same and the tea selection seem to have gotten a lot better. As for the food, it seems to have gotten better. The server will have to provide it to you which isn't too big of a deal. Overall I really like the changes and I hope it gets only better over time.

A lounge is always better than no lounge, but if you have Celiac, good luck getting something to eat at these places. There are legitimately no gluten free options except for fruit during breakfast. Unfortunately, the fruit isn't fresh. As an American Express affiliated property, I wish they'd increase their food options that are gluten free. Not even eggs are gluten free here. Why?
