Chicken Tostada Salad was DELICIOUS and FRESH, BUT not enough Employees to Help Customers Waiting Line was Big, Specially RUSH HOUR.....About 20 min to Get what I Ordered.....Also went a Day Before SAME Thing Line was Big....Drive thru was closed at 7:00 pm when they are usually closed drive thru til 10:00pm...so I was Disappointed but food was Excellent

Beware! I placed an order online April 11, 20202. My credit Card got charged and i received Email that my order was received. Then I got another Email saying that my delivery got cancelled. When called to the provided phone number woman told me the is store manager and she has no knowledge of my order. She refused to take any action. So I lost money and got nothing in exchange. This is fraud
From 1 to 10, Food was OK not expensive, I will rate 6. Service, another 6, forgot to give me the rice and salad, also one of the cashiers was involved in a conversation with one lady. Cleanness, I will rate 7, bathroom didn't smell bad, but there were lots of papers on the flower.
Im a regular here at this pollo loco. Im usually met with really fast service going through the drive-thru. And now i know why. Today i had to go in. I find it absolutely disgusting for people to touch my food without gloves and as im looking at most of your employees they like to wear only one glove. I saw a lady with an ear piece for the drive-thru making a burrito with handling the food with only one glove but still touched the food with her bare hands. Not only do you have to constantly touch the ear piece but your cooking too and not once did anyone wash their hands. Its so nasty. The girls in the front also only wore one glove and one of the ladies kept touching the rim of the cup touching the food with the hand without the glove.And again she kept touching her clothes and not once did she wash her hands. And the other girl had ripped gloves on the hand were she had long acrylic nails. What was the point of wearing gloves if your nails are going to tear the gloves anyways?Please have your employees practice good hygiene.
They always seem to screw up my order here, always… here’s a crispy chicken taco that they left out the chicken completely.

Went through the drive-thru and the car in front of me the people were having a problem with their order. Then when I got up there they blew my order. And it wasn't a language barrier issue we speak the same language.
The online ordering process is probably the best of all chain restaurants. They always have things made quickly and accurately. Very easy to order and you don't have to set up a fully user account if you don't want to.
