It was terrible. I figured I'd stop in and get something for the plane ride home. There was trash in front of the store, trash in the store on the floor. The girl at the counter was pleasant but I could hear multiple people talking in the back about their drama. The food I ordered was disgusting. I should of took a picture. I ended up throwing everything away. My suggestion is to go in the gas station and get something.
I don't know why but I always come here thinking service will be different but it's always the same. Your order can be made in 4 different ways depending on who's working. Sometimes they are closed without no notice to the customers. Drive through takes soooo long to make an order. They either forget to give you something you ordered or make a order wrong ? coming here is like ordering a mystery box, you'll never know what you'll get. I'm still gonna go because it's the closes to where I live tho lol
This is the most ghetto Dunkin’ donut I have ever been to. The staff is rude l, the wait is extremely long especially for a drive through and the food is mediocre at best. Will never go go this location again for
I was looking at the menu still couldn't find what I was handed??? the donuts we not the ones I am a custom to having from Dunkin Donuts ...now coffee was milk and a slash of coffee topped with whipped cream cinnamon and Carmel you would of thought that extra 10 minutes it took after half my order was ready and handed to me ,the coffee would of been better.??
Went to the drive through early morning. Messed up my order, over charged my card, refunded it, but took several minutes just to get a couple donuts. They seemed very disorganized.
Waited four minutes to give my order waited another ten minutes to pull up to the window to pay. There was only two people ahead of me in line.Very slow.
Shift change was far more important then any type of customer service. After finally getting our food the croissant was burnt, there were 4 smooshed hash browns and the latte was basically just milk. Such a bummer
Horrible service, the cashier completely ignored us very rude attitude. When we finally ordered it took forever to get our breakfast. On the screen it said in progress moved over to order ready and then it disappeared completely from screen. We asked about our order since it no longer appeared on screen and the a different lady just replied "it always does that we don't know why" . She went to check on our order and told us they making it now. The front store cashier very rude. Horrible service
They few times I have came they were amazing And fast as well !! they said it was going to be awhile since they were cooking everything fresh but it still came Out in reasonable amount of time which was super fast. I was out of there no more then 3-6 mins :)
Great coffee and coffee drinks. The service was super slow today, not what I was accustomed to in the last few times I have been there .. but that was several months ago. I'd still patronize them for the items..I love the blueberry coffee!
