Ate in different occasions, most of the time to go. Attended during Valentine's & most recently, a special Caribbean Celebration where there was live music & lots of people. Flavor is consistently on point with trademark spice & quality. Decent portion, esp the pre-portioned blacks containers can be washed & reused. My personal fav is the Jerk Chicken & pigeon pea rice with the plantain. Slightly spicy with mild sweetness nicely blended is a very filling dish. Surprise standout is the marinated pineapple which is a nice touch to the taste buds. The Tropical Super food Smoothie is a naturally sweet, satisfying delicious concoction of healthy goodness. Cheezy Mac Casserole is yummy to my tummy! Not sure if it's served only once a week or a regular staple menu item, but you MUST try it! Friendly, warm staff & convenient corner location. Two thumbs up, I highly recommend this place for anyone searching for flavors that that are familiar but tantalizing to the senses.
I’m not from here, I was just visiting the area and decided to stop at this restaurant and it was the worse.!! The vegetables was not done.! The oxtails were old.! The jerk chicken was not jerking.! The customer service from the elderly woman was terrible. Im really hurt about this
If you have a taste for authentic Caribbean food you've got to try Coco Breeze. I drove from Vallejo, Ca to try their Curry Goat, chicken, the lamb burger which i ate later in the evening and the soursop drink best I've in a while. So that drive you won't regret..
Haven't seen my boyfriend this smiley in a while.He was super stoked about the food here! I love the amount of options on the menu that included this super tasty curried tofu dish! Definitely worth the drive up to Oakland just to sit outside and try everything on the menu :)Chef Ann was super friendly and made the rounds, checking in on all the people dining here. Can't recommend it enough!

1st time having Caribbean oxtails. I could never find a spot. The price was reasonable, the taste phenomenal. They did not disappoint.... My new, go to spot.. .
Staff was nice. Wait time was 15-20 minutes. Jerk chicken was juicy, but lacked flavor. Ox tails, rice and beans lacked flavor, and were a bit greasy.
What an amazing experience! I went to get some good food and was blown out of the water by the customer service received. Food was absolutely delicious. I had King Snapper, sorrel, and ended it with currants roll. Great music, had me standing up doing my 2 step. Atmosphere was out of this world and will definitely be going back.
This is where you need to eat. Excellent service and so hospitable.There was no wait time and we arrived immediately when they opened and they had fresh samples easy for us to try things. They made our visit from Arizona amazing. Everyone on this block was so kind. Oxtails and vegan fish were amazing!! Creole rice and peas is still on my mind!!!!! Thank you! Thank you!
