The food is always hot and fresh service is slow sometimes overall good place to eat

The chicken wasn't seasoned or fried crispy like church's chicken suppose to be & on top of that they didn't put any honey butter on my biscuit & then when I told them about it they asked for the biscuit back. Isn't that a health violation? The worst part is the green banana pudding OMG!!! WHAT IS THIS!!!!!!!!

This is the worst Churches Chicken I have ever been too. There where at least 5 people working and it took almost 20 minutes for anyone to take my order. When I asked can I have spicy tenders the person who took my order asked the manager and the manager said they do not want to cook any at this time. I guess the person taking my order don't hear very good because I asked for a large soda and she gave me a regular. When I was asked what sauces do I want I told them I wanted BBQ sauce they gave me honey mustard. I didn't realize until I got home that my sauce was wrong. When I left my home to go back to get the correct sauce the person I asked can I get the correct sauce claimed they don't have anymore BBQ sauce meanwhile there was a entire rack of BBQ sauces behind him. I decided to leave the food and sauces on the counter and didn't even ask for a refund. I will never go to Churches Chicken ever again in my life. The customer service at this place is the worst I have ever experienced in my life. I see why my sister quit this place after only working there for 2 months. I recommend nobody go to this place and go to Popeyes that is a few blocks away on International the food and customer service is much better. I'll rather spend my hard earned money elsewhere.
I couldn’t give no stars so one will do. The service sucks staff is extremely rude. The biscuits were so disgusting they were completely dry and flavorless okra was good. I wouldn’t recommend this location to any oneSpend your money elsewhere
S.o.b in the front said he can only give me a few hot sauces. I said wow, really? I need 10! I bought a large family meal what are you complaining bout!
Worst experience ever. Drive through was long so we was walked inside. They had plenty of employees working so there was no excuse for the horrible service. We ordered a 7 piece mixed and when we got home was only legs and thighs. Will never go to that churches avian
It takes them to long to take your order. You wait 30 minutes to order your food. It takes longer than 1hr to get your food. Don't go on your lunch!
They have crispy chicken, and the meat is very juicy.But the corn didn’t have any seasoning.
