Great service and consistently good food. Cozy atmosphere and great prices.
this place needs ramps for disabled people they only have stairs ? how is someone in a wheelchair suppose to dine at your place? they need to make it so everyone can enjoy the restaurant , need to make it wheelchair assesable
I have been looking for a Thai restaurant *this* good in the East Bay for a long time. I finally found it. Both the gai yang and the prof king were so goddamned flavorful. What a rush.
I’ve never had anything I didn’t like here. From soups and curries to noodle and rice dishes, everything has been a hit. They cater to veg/vegan diets upon request. Their teas are pretty yummy. And they’ve been so kind about letting me bring my senior dog in with me to pick up my to-go orders.
I was very unhappy with service and the food. I'm going to return my order tomorrow. It was #63 'flat rice noodle with. Veggie I asked if he could make recommendations he act like he had no idea what I was talking about. The food was dry, with absolutely no flavor. I'm so disappointed and hungry. I'm a newly vegan and I thought it be nice to eat Tai food. I wish I could take a pi9of my food the white flat noodles are dark. The food has no flavor at all...
Best Tom Kha soup I’ve had in months! Absolutely flavorful. And the Thai tea was perfectly sweet. Definitely coming back.
My husband and I LOVE Chai Thai and are here probably once a month. The staff is always very friendly, and the food is always on point.
Pretty disappointing.Pumpkin curry was poor quality but maybe the best one I tried. Pumpkin was flavorless and curry was generally blandPapaya salad at "thai level spicy" was barely spicy. Lacked flavor. Nothing like Thailand. Papaya itself didn't seem particularly goodChiang Mai curry was decent sauce but instead of having stewed bone in chicken, had little overcooked slices of chicken breast. Nothing at all like you would get in Chiang Mai. Not spicyPineapple fried rice was really by far the worst. It was soggy and flavorless. Barely seemed friedEverything needed more spice, lime, and fish sauce and simply to be cooked with more skill. Ingredients should definitely be better quality for the price
The food was great, stick with pumpkin curry, you won't be disappointed!
Stay FAR AWAY from this place. I ordered the red curry noodle soup. Drove all the way home to find a nasty hair that had been swimming in the curry for God knows how long right before it was getting ready to enter my mouth! YUCK!!? I was totally grossed out!!? I usually don't leave reviews but this place deserved one!! & people need to know! This is a sign of uncleanness of the staff who is preparing your food!!! I would not recommend coming here unless u like eating hair!! Lord knows hair can be one of the most nastiest things on your body!!! ?
