Its good. Chicken is moist, sides are flavorful, service is friendly.
The customer service was excellent.The food, not so much...The meatloaf was bland and cut too thick. It was like eating a meat block. The sweet potatoes was lacking something.Normally the food here is decent.I had a craving for Boston Market and let's just say I don't want it ever again.
I am vegetarian, so no longer eat meat. I get the Southwest Cobb Salad without bacon or chicken(Saves $3). I don't like the current dressing quite as much as the previous dressing, but it is all good and I still enjoy the salad.

Food is good, but we placed order on line and we were missing the side Caesar salad. It was checked off as being in bag, but it wasn’t in bag. I missed this one didn’t untie order to verify.

Wasn't happy with the meatloaf ordered. Seemed tough.Serbice and staff were great.
Exceptional people and service.
I was ignored for 4 minutes. No one spoke or have eye contact. The young Hispanic young lady was very rude. Non customer service at this location.
