Chef Darren has it right. Food is delicious and authentic. Arroz con gandules is always on point and his Habichuelas have pieces of calabasa in them...just like mom's. The Pasteles we got for Christmas were SO EXTRA!!! They were big on size and flavor. Oh, if you can get chance to have the Momo Mofongo, it will ruin every other mofongo you try; it's that good. Boriqua Kitchen serves some of the best Puerto Rican food in the Bay.
