One of the best trucks in Oakland! It's pricey but because of how big the portions are. Always packed so order ahead to avoid standing and waiting.
The chicken fried rice was very greasy and it only had three pieces of chicken. I payed for extra eggs and there was no eggs in there at all. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this truck.
DO NOT waste your time or money! You get salty scraps for the price of a sit down dinner for two. Yuk!
The food was very bland, Salmon over cooked, and had a fishy (not so fresh) smell. Tried to heat it up and try again this morning only to have my house smell dank from the fish odor. Still not good! Don’t recommend. Waste of money
Got the NY steak with fried rice / veggies! Was pretty good and enjoyed the food. Good service at the time it was around 8:30pm on a weekday. Wait time was 15-20 mins and appreciated the large portions. It's right next to the 19th st Oakland BART station so it's convenient if you need food nearby
Very disappointed!! I was out in the bay area today and decided I wanted to get some Benihana from the Benihana truck in Oakland. Bad bad bad decision, not only did I have to wait 45 minutes for my food to be ready. When I finally get home which I live an 1 hour and 30 minutes away there was a fly that’s right a fly in my food and it was cooked into the rice.. ??I was able to reach out to them and let them know what happened they did offer for me to come back and get a new plate but, at this point I’m not driving another hour and 30 minutes just to get another plate. I was offered to get a free plate the next time I come to the Bay Area. I’m so sad because I wasn’t able to enjoy my meal. Thank God I found it before I was able to even take my first bite.

A very frustrating experience with this food truck here in Oakland, the cashier was very rude and unprofessional, I was trying to get my food I specifically said I’m in Harry, she completely lied about timing she said it was going to be ready in 10 minutes, ended up staying for 40 minutes.completely disappointing experience here, plus the food I got was a total garbage, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone!
Food was good kinda disappointed that they didn’t give me any type of sauce with my order. Unfortunately didn’t realize till I was home
The wait was too long the food was terribly seasoned and the staff was unprofessional. The food also made me feel sick. Don't go here!
