I love this place, love the vibe, love the wine club (I’ve been a member for a year! ❤️)My one request: it would be awesome if mama could provide a vegan food option along side the meatball sub. Would love to chow on mama food while drinking bay grape wine.
We had a private tasting class with Stevie and she was wonderful, teaching us in a way we could understand and implement the next day at the local wineries! Thank you for everything!!
Bay Grape is a delight. Awesome selection of wines, and as a member of their wine club, I am introduced to new wines regularly with a free flight monthly at the counter. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Please spend some money here if you like good wine.
I've never had a better experience at a wine shop. Tell them what you like and you will NOT be disappointed. Ten out of ten.
Amazing experience! Matt was really nice and it made my experience even better. I loved that he was fine with making selections for me. He was awesome! He gave me suggestions on what to purchase and what to try. I think it is also great you can add a certain amount to the price of a bottle and drink as much of it as you want! I wish I was able to go back before I leave.
Limited, yet GREAT beer selection! Friendly, knowledgeable staff, and they cool! You can order a meatball sando from Mama next door, to take this place from great to incredible!!!!
Gotta love a bottle shop with kind fun staff, an excellent selection of reasonably priced quality wines that lean towards natty but not exclusively, and a bubbly and fun space with great atmosphere. Check out their tasting classes. I learned a lot from just one afternoon class
Customer service par excellence! I ordered a gift selection of wine for an out of state friend. I had friendly, knowledgeable phone help that made the process both fun and easy. Unfortunately, Fed Ex messed up on delivery, leaving it exposed to freezing temps without a signature. When I reported this back to BG, I've received immediate follow up and both concerned and helpful communication from the top. Though it was not their fault, BG is resending the wine and dealing with Fed Ex. So appreciate Stevie, Wei and all the amazing humans at BG. I look forward to stopping by their stores soon.

Really delightful wine shop. We went after having dinner at Mama and we were so glad to have stumbled upon this gem and have returned since then! The employees truly love wine and walking you through their favorites in the store. You can also pop open a bottle for low corkage, enjoy at bar, and take any unfinished wine home with you! They have a great range and a ton of affordable wines. All the wines are super interesting and include a lot of natural & carbonic wines from all over the world. If you enjoy drinking wine (whether you are an expert or not) recommend stopping at this store!
