One of the major perks is that they stay open a bit later than other businesses on Piedmont. So if you're seeing a 7:30 movie at the Piedmont theater you can have a nice dinner and drinks after. Which is perfect if you're not done with the evening. The veggie tacos and fish tacos are equally delicious and the traditional cocktails are well executed.
Nice Breezy spot sister of the Berkeley store, excellent Tapas, great service, and a nice alcohol selection oh, this place has a very open and Airy design, outdoor seating, solid wood tables and the warm inviting Ambience inside. Their special dishes are usually excellent, the chefs here are great, and parking is easy in the back. More of a new school place, this place now has some old school charm since it has survived in Oakland for decades, and is a fun place to go do for both old and young people. Make sure to try the top us and have a wine that goes with it at least once in your lifetime and this is a great place to do it in the East Bay. Super cool staff
Really great food and attentive staff. I wish it was a bit quieter since I have an auditory processing disorder, but I'm sure most people like it that way. I am looking forward to going back.
Best enchiladas I have had in a while. Chips and guacamole are good too. Drinks are strong but not great i would skip them.
I visited on a Thursday evening and the gentleman behind the bar made me one of the tastiest mock tails I've ever had. Oakland has mad mock tail game.
Really fun vibes, might be nice for just cocktails.... otherwise just mediocre Mexican food at absurd price points. Offered rice and beans with our meals, without mentioning that it was an extra $5 each. Tiny tiny portion of rice and beans
Not a lot of vegan options, but good drinks and nice omnivore options. Decent back patio that would allow a dog.

My 1st time here came with friends that have been here several times they always say how good it is. It is very true very good fresh friendly atmosphere I really didn't wanna leave. Will be back again.
