The first time I went, the chicken was cooked perfect, I went on a Friday and not as expected but, was edible, just won't go on a Friday any More....
They should tell you when your ordering a regular order on the fish. A regular order is just 1 whole fish... a large fish order is 2 whole fish. Was disappointed but food was good.
I ordered take out, which is all they have. They have various fried chicken and seafood options, just like the front sign says. The sides are usually either fried rice, or French fries, and I can safely say that many of the items could use more seasoning, which is usually what I do when I get my order home. The prices are reasonable, for what you get, so use your own judgment.
Last great fish fry place in the Laurel district. Nice folks serving up fresh, hot food. Love the fried rice and fried shrimp!!! The pork chop plate is my go to!!
One of my go-to places for chicken and fish. When you get that urge for fried chicken try this place. You can also order fried rice as a side.
I love this place,Papa and the women who run this place do such a nice job on the foods they prepare. I travel a distance to enjoy take out. I use to enjoy my order in the Lobby before the covid19. Always the best. I get #55 which includes:. Chicken, Fish, big juicy prawns and oysters! French fries. And bread. All for under 20 bucks! They're not skimpy. The portions are yummy.
Mediocre if you need a quick bite. Eat it there or in your car while it's hot. Tried the fish, chicken and fried rice not impressed
I ordered Fish Filet Sole & Fried Chicken. The food was terrible. The fish tasted so fishy and the chicken was dried out and over cooked. It was a big waste of money, no one in my family ate the food.
