Been going here for years and happy they survived the pandemic! Always great quality and variety. Have never had bad service there. I find the environment there simple, yet, calming and authentic. Sushi bar and little fountain with koi fish as a perk. Not the cheapest, but not overly priced, worth it though. Always go there, as a tradition, when out of town family members come ?❤

This place is amazing! They use real crab meat for the California roll and you can really taste the difference. The miso soup here is also very tasty!! It was perfect for the cold night.

Absolutely the best sushi in Novato! Very good quality. They give you an authentic Japanese experience. We were very impressed with their customer service. Highly recommend the crazy roll. Miso soup and cabbage salad are both the best we ever tried compared to other sushi restaurants. Also, prices are not over priced.

Drove all-the-way from Santa Rosa and it was worst Japanese eatery I've been to. Place were run by Chinese and Mexican sushi chef and most likely kitchen run by Mexican as well. Ordered yakitori appetizer (sauce were horrible), katsudon (pork cutlets over rice) I can cook ten times better at home.Matter of fact, most of the Japanese restaurants in Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma and Novato are not owned by Japanese, except Hana in Rohnert Park and Shige in Cotati both restaurants have above quality food tastes but other Japanese eateries needs to employ Japanese cooks.
This place will NOT DISAPPOINT, the fish is extremely fresh, great food quality, good portions and the price is pretty decent. This little gem is definitely my new favorite spot.
Consistently good and great outdoor seating area
I got the chicken teriyaki lunch which comes with a salad, soup and white rice. The salad and teriyaki chicken were delicious. It was a super hot day so I honestly didn't give the soup a try. Only reason I'm giving a 4/5 is the price - a bit steep for a lunch dish.
