We stopped by for an early dinner and ordered 5 rolls between 2 of us.The shrimp didn't taste fresh, the eel was very fatty (I know eel is usually fatty, this was more than normal), salmon didn't seem to be a good quality cut and the avocados they used were still hard / not ripe.The rice was well seasoned and the service was quick and friendly.Overall, the price was on the cheaper side for the area (standard rolls around $9-10) and you get what you pay for.
Whenever we come shop in the area, we always try to get something to eat here - sushi always good!
This is one of my favorite restaurants great food friendly people, and always a great time. Highly Recommend for all people seeking Japanese cuisine in Novato.

My go to place for authentically prepared Chirashi bowl when passing thru novato. The only thing i would recommend is cutting the fish pieces smaller to enjoy them in one bite.
This is consistently fresh, great sushi. Their sashimi is outstanding, love their rolls, get the ring of fire, and 49er. Love their Toro or the tuna sampler. Great people who are always helpful and kind. We have been going there for 15 years and I think it's still the best sushi in Marin!
My current favorite in Novato for Japanese food. Service can be slow though, it seems to get easily overwhelmed.
It takes a while to get seated and order but in the end its worth it, food is amazing and for a relative price, I'm definitely coming here again.
Bad costumer service I saw one cooking guys yelling at a customer who had pick up order to go out side for pick up and food is eatable but I cloud be better
