Good food. I like the self service kiosk but wish they work out the kinks. I ordered a beer with my food but didn't get it till my food was ready. Would've been nice to have my drink while waiting.
I had my burger delivered by caviar/door dash, unclear who made the delivery. I don’t understand how it happened but my apt # was not included on my address. I sent text after text to make sure they had my correct address. I sent a direct text to the number provided me but it wasn’t in service. During this process, I was told that my order had been delivered. I live in a large apartment complex. Given that my order did not arrive at my address, I contacted the company again. This time they were available to tell me that it was just too bad that I didn’t get my order and, additionally, that I had no recourse. Also, my cost was $19.00 when I checked out, but I was charged over $25. I eventually decided to just walk around the side walk around my building. I eventually found a damp bag sitting on the ground. I assumed that it was likely my order from over an hour previous. Needless to say, it wasn’t edible. I have no recourse for this eve though this was once a wonderful burger place that is just across the highway from me. If my car was running I would have run over and gotten it myself. The food was in such a horrible condition that I am turned off this place. It was so gross, and the company is using the service. Yuck!
Hands down the best burger I've ever eaten in my life. The garlic fries are incredible. Very clean restaurant, friendly staff. Seriously not gonna lie I want to take everyone I know on a road trip just to eat at this place. You won't be disappointed....20 minutes later my husband is still saying how good it is, and he's very picky.

Great local place for a tasty burger
Tal was super friendly. Alex was very friendly as well in the past.The place is beautiful and very 2021. Outdoor seating available and there is a pickle bar. The burgers were okay and the garlic fries were good. The burger tasted fresh compared to Jack or Burger King. The price for a cheeseburger, bacon cheeseburger and garlic fries was $28.
It was my first time there!!! I got the chichen sandwich with Avocado on the side along with super cookie shake!! It was mind blowing!!! Staff helped me out since it was my first time, I will definitely go back again!!! Even garlic fries were the best fries I ever had!!!
First time at this location. Was good, but pickles tasted different than other locations
Went to the one on Market st a few months ago and had a really good experience, craving that experience again my wife and I drove down to Novato from Santa Rosa, while waiting in line about 4 teenagers working there huddled behind the counter at the closed register to chat it reminded me of the hallway during passing period. While waiting for our food we went to get drinks but the ice machine was clogged at the outlet with ice so the manager comes over and sticks her bare hand up in there to unclog the dispenser I was done...that's just disgusting especially during a pandemic she could have been handling money or worse for all I know! Anyways the food came my burger was super greasy and over salted the fries were really good but my strawberry shake was more like a frosty cup of milk. I'll consider going back to the Market st location but it's gonna be a naw on returning to this one.
