Never do a mobile order here! They are completely unorganized and prioritize walk-in orders at the counter over mobile orders on the app. I did my mobile order while in the parking lot and thought it would be more efficient/faster (like Starbucks), boy was I wrong. I sat in the store for 45 minutes while at least 75 people had walked in, ordered and got their things and left. The counter orders only took them a few minutes each. I sat there watching them sell all the baked goods and when they finally gave me my 2 coffees (one was just a black coffee) it had a sticker on it saying "out of stock" for my baked goods I paid for 45 minutes ago! How can I pay for something at 8:55am and then someone walks in at 9:30 and purchases it - you already have my money! Ridiculous! What happened to first come first served?They really need to figure out their mobile ordering system like Starbucks has. Whenever I do a mobile order at Starbucks they give me an eta of 5-10min. and it is always on time if not earlier than they say. I am never left waiting for an order at Stabucks - figure your stuff out Hamilton Peets!
