I also have a peets close to where I live it is what I drink it's strong but you can water it down to taste
The establishment was clean, and the staff was friendly.Good variety of seating from cushion benches and interior tables to exterior tables with umbrellas.I ordered an iced white chocolate mocha with extra espresso; it was sweet and strong.No complaints. I did notice trashes were almost full, but before I finished my coffee, they were emptied. The two batista were working well together and addressing the store's needs.Note that there isn't a large variety of retail coffee/tea gear.I will come back for sure.

Internet is spotty in this area. Even ordering ahead is slower than usual.

Customer Service isn't good. They take long time to prepare your drinks. Many times when they are late or forget to warm the food they don't offer a free drink like Starbucks.
Peets Novato has not had a good manager for years, and sometimes it just goes to the toilet. The inconsistency of the drinks is high - I would ask 50% for a re-do but I’m not in the store to ask for a do-over. And the store is not equipped to handle a rush: 31 minutes for an order from the App today....
