Great place but always seems to be closed during business hours. If not open during hours listed amend hours. Simple fix.
Used to love the poke bowls here but seems like they're not so good recently... Portions are smaller and they left the edamame off my bowl today (I ordered online and my husband picked up so we didn't realise until I'd already started eating it at home).
My favorite spot in Novato though I’ve always had my orders delivered and have never eaten in the restaurant itself. I love the poke bowls with organic salad. The bbq beef is super tasty and I love the fresh tuna and salmon poke. The large bowl is enough for two meals depending on your appetite.
Staff was courteous, however, when I ordered their most popular item, the Thai-iced tea with boba, I was very disappointed when the employee brought out an already pre-made boba tea that looked like the milk had already settled. The drink itself tasted as though the milk had been curdled, the tapioca balls had become soggy and the overall drink was way too sweet.
I have only ordered boba drinks and poke from here but everything I’ve gotten has been fresh and delicious. Lots of great choices for sauces and toppings. My husband gets the veggie Banh Mi and enjoys it. Can’t wait to return.
Staff was friendly, and boba tea was good, I had a rice chicken bomb bowl and it was terrible. Nothing had any flavor (except the very sweet peanut sauce). The chicken and veggies were just boiled. They had no seasoning or color. It was such and over priced meal that had no good taste. The bowl and small boba cost me $16. Terrible.
Tragedy upon tragedy, I went to get a boba tonight and I looked up to see the gal making a drink take a sip of it and then cap it. I thought it must have been her own drink and but then she handed it to me. I just. What? I was so flabbergasted I just left. My brain turned off and I ended up dumping the drink down the drain.Their drinks have been good overall the past but like, coronavirus yo.

Don’t get me wrong the customer service was great but the poke is not poke as someone who’s from Hawaii this is just cubed sashimi not poke, poke is supposed to be marinated in sauce (if you want a good poke bowl example look up foodland poke bowl)
Do not ever go here EVER! My sister got food poising and wasn’t able to do her work for days and could barely get off her bed. We don’t know what it was, but we were a little worried because before our mother got ill from some sandwich a few years before. It is mediocre at best flavor-wise and rather expensive too. Stay well!
