It was my mistake that I drove straight to the window, its my first time and was wondering where can I order, didn't noticed it was on the other side. I apologized to the cashier and the manager. Instead of taking my order, she had me drive back to where i should order! I'm just wow!! I told the cashier its just wow how they have me go back, she was apologetic and was nice so I'll give that to her. But the manager, wonder how she became one!
Self checkout did not have the number placards available so after going through the whole order I had to order from the register where there were no employees available. After about 5 minutes I was able to get an order in but didn't get a receipt which was kind of sketchy but no loss to me. I don't really frequent McDonald's so maybe this is kind of normal but for fast food it took quite a while for a couple of sausage McMuffins to come out when the store was empty at 7:45AM on a Sunday. Kinda makes sense now that I think about it... 15 minutes. Thankfully I was early leaving for my flight.
Went threw the drive threw to order a large Iced-tea. No one answered over the intercom after about a min so I pulled forward. At both windows I was told to go back around and reorder. Both men at each window were rude and unprofessional. Remind you, it’s dinner time, now there’s a line in the drive threw. I even tried to explain that no one was answering over the intercom. Maybe they didn’t understand me due to the language barrier. But this was not a good experience for me! ?
Worse Mc Donald’s I ever enter! The employees are rude, and start speaking Spanish between them, luckily I also do. I made my order and I order 4 ranch sauce, the machine didn’t charge me, and it’s not my fault, the employee told me I have to pay for extra sauce, I gave her the money, and she said I can’t pay with $100 bill, but in the register didn’t have any sign!!!!!! And she walked away, leaving me talking by myself! So rude!!!!!!
