Came in shortly before closing at 8pm, but enough to make an order. Employee said they stopped talking orders at 7:30.Suggested that be on website because I was sure to check the hours before I drove several times over and don't live in Novato. He said it was there and in very small letters. Also said they turned their ovens off awhile ago and couldn't make anything. Both seemed pretty shady.I checked again on website and it's doesn't say that. Just the hours of operation. Took screenshot.I used to work on food service to and get it, but basically this guy made up a policy so he could leave right away and not have to do a little bit of cleaning. We always had to serve people up until close The staff just wanted to to get out right away and not be bothered to stay a couple extra minutes.
Staff is friendly as the pizza is great
Cheap edible pizza with no frills
Jose, the manager goes out of his way to do a great job every time. He never disappoints. We get great pizza. (My fave is the pepperoni stuffed crust). It’s fresh every time. Great, friendly service.
I regularly stop by getting some food in this spot. I enjoy the swift service and well cooked food. Highly recommended.
Very nice manager and overall pleasant experience. I was having a bad day after finalizing my divorce and a pizza from this place really hit the spot. I didn't know they offered more than hot n ready's so was in for an delicious surprise. I will definitely be back! Really hope you support this local business and keep in mind to treat others with respect, I witnessed rude customers giving the gentleman upfront trouble. I believe we all have to earn respect by giving it, entitlement is an ugly thing. I recommend their crazy bread and stuffed crusted all toppings pizza the price is better than any other place!
Horrible service, most awful experience ever.
If I could give negative stars, I would. Background: Had just been heartlessly thrown out of my house the day before and was milling about til the people I had called to pick me up and help me came. In the meantime I was looking for something to eat. I had been walking for the better part of a day with no food or water in the hot sun.I carried what I could from my house on my back and in bags (there was an above 0 chance whatever I didn't take from the house in the night would be disposed of in an impolite manner in a moment of bitterness). It was HEAVY and pretty much all I owned in the world so I was carrying a house, in a manner of speaking.Moving things along: Funnily enough money was not an issue however. So I head to see if the taco bell that was not even a stone's throw from the pizzeris was open. Not 30ft from it, I HAVE to rest or my body will give out so I sit in front on the chairs provided. The 'manager' comes to tell me to leave. I understand and don't try fighting with him on it.I only attempt to plead for compassion and explain my plight. I show him my arms which have ugly red markings on them from the plastic bag handles cutting into them (they were so heavy they cut off the circulation of my arms I think). In exact words even, I think he says "I don't care". If you see what's wrong with this, thank you and congratulations on having a shred of decency. He leaves and I muster up the energy to continue on my journey quickly.I was shocked by the lack of care and hesitated before completely leaving the area. I normally hate 'Karen' behavior but this sort of treatment was a sensitive point for me for personal reasons. I go in and ask for management. Heartless says he's the highest there. I begin telling him what he did wrong, he cuts me off literally stating "I don't have to listen to you". After I insist otherwise he pretends to call mall security (he didn't even press any buttons and his 'phonecall' was comically fake). I tell him how I am disgusted. He threatens to call them for real. I storm out and have an emotional breakdown for personal reasons.Conclusion/explanation/rant: Where was the basic compassion and human decency? There's no excuse, not any store policy or even the law should override humanity. It doesn't matter whether they EVER bought anything from your store. You do not treat store guests that way and as the 'manager' part of your job is to listen to ALL complaints. Whether they are 'paying customers' or not. If there was ever a reason to hate corporations it's stuff like THAT. Treat them like animals until they've bought something, then it's all smiles and sunshine? The worst part about the whole experience was when I seriously thought some manhandling police Academy drop out was on his way to bash me about like some peice trash. I'll never be sure whether that could have actually happened but if that was something seriously being considered, it's DISGUSTING. There's a reason why minorities view the suburban majority class negatively and that is one of them. Over slight inconveniences it's okay to threaten physical (police or other kind) force? To feel satisfaction while watching someone's bodily safety and autonomy be violated speaks to a lack of human tenderness.Don't do business with these animals. They have not a shred of care in their hearts, money is all they have in their mind.
I'm going to say for little Ceasers this is a good one. Most of the time. The food is consistent with the quality of the brand. When the boss man has been around he has given me generous options. Usually the staff seem genuinely happy. Like always, I recommend getting extra sauce added on top of the cheese for any of their pizzas. It makes a world of difference to the texture of the cheese.
The pizza is always exactly as you'd expect it hot and ready! The staff is excellent and they try very hard to please you prices are excellent and I would recommend their three meet pizza!
