The staff were very friendly (the man working the drive thru window had a smile that could light up the world). They made my order to perfection and in a very timely manner. I definitely recommend going there in the late night hours. Thank you guys.
Ordered through the app to pickup at drive thru. Had to repeat myself no less than 6 times over drive thru speaker, guy couldn't understand. Pulled up to window and had to repeat another 3 times my order. Finally received my order, checked bag and missing two items. Went back to drive thru guy at window doesn't speak or understand english, finally had a lady co-worker help me.
I like the milkshakes and the burgers are better than some of the McCompetitors. The staff is friendly and the service is fast

Most slow burger place in all Marin every time I go in I place an order end up waiting 30 minutes that's fast fast food? I recently placed a doordash order for pick up waited for 30 min walk in and they tell me there was no doordash order the lady working the register walks up the register on the phone... this place is just terrible at managing orders they weren't even busy to say they we're slammed very disappointing never returning here again there is the picture of the order
I'm standing at the counter for 5 minutes with no one in sight on Friday Oct 8th @ 10am. I came back 20 min later to finally find someone at the counter and they speak no English what so ever. This place is a joke never comming back
Disappointed. There was no fresh pasta with butter and white truffles. Plus my jumbo jack was a little over cooked. There was no carpet.
