First Waiting on the front disk for more than 10 minutes with no body looking at us until one of the Latinos kitchen guys run to the waiter that she was eating and talking in the kitchen to told her that there's a customer's outside then she look at us with full mouth of food like surprised there's a customer's, second the floors are so dirty so if outside like that how is the kitchen looks like im not gonna risk my health in a dirty place disappointed 1billion%
We stopped at IHOP in Novato while traveling through. The initial impression was a clean restaurant. We were greeted quickly and sat at an open table. There were only a few other customers at the time, around 4:30 pm on a Tuesday. A visit to the restroom was unpleasant, at best. My family had to use both bathrooms, both of which had a very strong sewer odor, as well as being unclean and lacking necessities, like toilet paper and paper towels. The staff is obviously allowing the bathrooms to go unattended. The food we were served was just fine. No complaints there. In my opinion, the store needs to invest in plumbing repair. The shouldn't be sewer smell venting into the bathroom. Which can then vent into the restaurant.
Service was terrible even though there were only 3 tables bring served. Waitress more interested in her phone than helping customers. Waited 15 minutes to place order with only 1 modification, no peppers in my wife's order, she is allergic... 20 minutes later, her plate is the last to come out... Loaded with peppers.. Always disappointed when eating at IHOP

Dude, IHOP for 3 is now $75 all in? Too much for a standard diner experience including bringing us the wrong order.
Great service, yummy waffle but what's up with the Turkey bacon ???Pork bacon should be an option.Coffee was horrible and tasted like it sat on a burner for hours.
