I went there with my family on my birthday and it was a good experience.Overall this is a good restaurant with nice dining options, great service and a good bar. I used to come here a lot when it was Boca and loved it. It seems that not a lot has changed as far as the menu and bar goes.Going back to my last visit we had started with the calamari and that was a minor let down as it was pretty soggy and the breading fell off as soon as you touched it. My daughter ordered the Chef's Pasta from the kids menu. I could tell she wasn't excited about it. She only ate 2 bites of it and we had a ton of leftovers which she didn't want anything to do with.However the rest of the meal was really good. I got the Pork chop which was excellent and the portion was pretty big with leftovers for another day. My wife ordered the fried chicken which was amazing and a huge plate. My son ordered the Mac & Cheese which he DESTROYED so you know that was good lol.This particular trip was interesting in that I went there for lunch once with my wife and it was amazing. We split the fig and goat cheese flatbread and a drink and everything about it was a top notch experience.To be fair I think Crave is a 4.5 star place. I feel like there might be some minor consistency issues to work through but what is nice is that the service is consistently good. The servers are attentive and know what they're doing and that can smooth over many other things.
Great vibe. Excellent service. Haven’t had a bad meal yet. Everything is always fresh, well presented and delicious. A favorite spot!
Just had a great dinner at Crave! It has a great atmosphere and very kind owner and staff who care about their customers. The food was delicious and we will be back!
I've been to Crave Restaurant in beautiful Novato, a couple of times for lunch. The food was excellent, and the service was fantastic. Our server, Dominic, was absolutely delightful and gave equally excellent service to all his guests. Thanks Crave, my new #1 go to local restaurant.
Lively atmosphere & great hospitality from the staff. We enjoyed the buttermilk chicken sandwich & burrata with pear & focaccia bread. Cocktails were amazing! The owner took the time to visit each table & greeted the guests. I only wished they served brunch during the week. If they did, it would give their patrons more variety to choose from. Will visit again!

This might actually be my top five happy hours in Marin county. Good selection prices are reasonable for happy hour happy hour drink selection is different daily which is nice - I really enjoyed their whiskey drinks in particular their boulevardier.
Brussel sprouts were amazing, unfortunately the fried chicken wasn't great didn't finish it. Never had chewy skin fried chicken ?
