Love the reliable menu at all Chipotle's but hands down the restaurant here is beautiful! Nestled in a stand alone building and whoever designed the layout bravo! The sun comes in just right and the tables have maximum views to their lovely garden outside! Thanks guys! The service here is spectacular too! Smooth team speaks volumes!We actually drive up north for this particular location even though we have a couple closer to our home.....
I do online orders 2 or 3 times a month and they mess it up more than half the time. Wrong stuff in my burrito and sometimes even someone else's burrito in my bag. The taco bell nearby has better order accuracy than this place. Ridiculous.
There was a disgusting amount of hair in my bowl I kept pulling one after another out of it. It genuinely made me sick and never eating at this chipotle again
I am very satisfied with food and service of this restaurant. The dining room was half full. I ordered a steak bowl to go. Usually, i stay away from rice; instead, the service man filled in my bowl with veggies. Always recommend this eatery!!!
I am hard of hearing. the first thing i said is "i am Hard of hearing. u can hear me but i cannot read lips and hear you. please poiny"the next 3 chipotle people just stared and talked to me. i kept saying i cannlt hear you. and they would stare more. only 2 eventually realized they have to point.this is unacceptable. train people to help disabilities.Chipotle should be ashamed.oh and for a child size basic cheese quisadilla, they charged me adult price. seriously!
Order came out 15 minutes later than promised time, and it would've been more if I didn't ask them for it.They gave me the wrong order with an extra burrito, which I realized until I got home.So, I'm sure the next customer also had a bad experience with one less burrito.
This location seems to always forget items in mobile orders. AVOID THIS LOCATION FOR MOBILE ORDERS.
