I had fasted for 12 hours to have my blood work done next door, so was craving a breakfast sandwich. Got to the Novato Chik Fil A at about 10:28am. Waited in line, they seemed understaffed. Got to the front, ordered an Egg White sandwich. The balding, old guy with a knife on his belt said "You missed it by 5 minutes." I told him I had been waiting in line for more than 5 minutes. He said "Too Bad". They lost a customer for life.
This place used to be great but the service has become terrible! Half the time lately I get the wrong drink. Today I ordered a Cobb salad and ended up with just lettuce and dressing - no chicken! I drove 20 minutes each way to pick up my food. Worst of all, the teenage boys working there were downright unfriendly - borderline rude. I tried to call about my order, but of course nobody is answering the phone. So disappointing.
erwin was very courteous and outgoing when taking my order during a very busy shift. food was fresh & properly made. i foolishly spilled my lemonade in the parking lot & he cheerfully refilled it with no delay. drive thru signage is misleading, they must've changed the process recently.

We called trying to find a play place open for our 3 year old and we specifically called because we know how much stuff is closed with Covid so we wanted to be sure. We’d already been driving around looking for something for a long time so before we drove the twenty minutes we wanted to be sure. Once we got there it was closed. So we ordered anyway and I told the guy hey like someone that answered the phone is telling people this and he basically told me he literally didn’t care. I said well you just might want to let your team know that it is closed in case they are telling people it’s open. He didn’t say anything just sat there silently till I ordered. No my apologies or any empathy for the situation. Just nothing. Trash piling up, worst chick fil a I’ve ever been to. They are known for their customer service and this was worse than McDonalds.
Came here with some hungry boys after a basketball game. Order service and speed was great. Food good as always. Wish there was another place closer to home.
Chick-fil-A is nothing short of AWESOME at all levels. The people working there (taking our order, making the food, keeping the place clean, etc.), food quality, friendliness of the staff, and everything inbetween. Absolutely love Chick-fil-A!!

Go to for fast food in north Marin. No indoor seating at this time but order was correct and served quickly.
It was 9am, was told lunch menu would 15 min to make. So I just got breakfast. 20 min later, my food came out? This was my first experience with Chickfila, and the food was bland. The sauces they offer are nice, but don't make up the lack of flavor. They seemed really concerned with getting Doordash orders out, but me, no sorry, or a hey your food will be out in a minute. I just keep thinking, oh this is my order, as they would just keep passing it to people who literally just walked in the door. Poor service, poor food, and was a complete waste of my time. There are no shitfila's by me so that's good!
