Freakin delicious! And adorable to boot! ☺️ We stopped in before the lunch rush to grab some sandwiches and salads - amazingly tasty! Plus we sat out on their beautiful back patio - lovely atmosphere! I tried the BLT and Burrata sandwiches and they were awesome - plus GOOD FRIES! (Always get the fries)
I ordered the heirloom salad and it was simply delicious! I enjoyed sitting in the patio, and I got to experience how family friendly the restaurant is. I couldn't have asked for more. I will definitely be coming back soon!
4 stars for the food — it’s well made, good portions and tasty. Minus 2 stars bc they charge $1 for extra dressing— that’s on top of $19 for a salad. They don’t provide enough dressing to begin with, and for that much money for a frickn salad, it should come with enough dressing. Lame…
Oh boy, we love the back yard at Blue Barn. I have been here for lunch with the grandkids, grand-pup, friends...delicious, generous salads and great use of the space. A great addition to Old Town Novato.
Food is good. Our beer order was forgotten and we had to jump through some hoops to help them to figure it out. No table service but tipping percentages are based as if there was. Nice patio. Overall a good experience and I'd give them another chance.
I'm really torn on this one. While my fatoush salad was tasty (thanks to the dressing), it was mostly a bowl of lettuce with hardly any garbanzos or feta which are the things that make a salad like this satiating. Three stars for the price to value ratio. Loved the patio area!
Food is creative and delicious but way overpriced. I just spent so much money on a salad Embarrassed to even say how much. They had the audacity to charge me $1.10 to toss the salad!!! Unreal.
First timers: We were impressed with the novel choices and the organic options. My sando and her salad were flavorful and filling. The staff was very friendly and the music was old school, which we loved. There were also the most beautiful vases of fresh flowers everywhere, classy touch! We will be back, this restaurant is really well run!
Great lunch, large portions. My salad, the Cobb, will be 2 whole meals! Great decor too.
What a treat it is to have this restaurant in town. I love their sandwiches and salads. They have great outdoor seating in the back.
