This is my new favorite restaurant! Definitely one of Novato's finest.I'll start by saying it is beautiful and nicely detailed. The owner(s) and staff clearly know what they are doing and have nice taste. As a designer I really appreciate that aspect of the experience.The Peruvian style menu/cuisine is also a nice addition to a neighborhood dominated by mediocre to decent predictable offerings (I'll still eat a taco any day of the week though lol). The menu selections are full of flavor and so delicious that it's really easy to make yourself uncomfortable...Like i did.Let's talk drinks (haha)...The bar is really nice (like the rest of the restaurant) and offers really unique and what I would think are authentic Peruvian drinks. I'm not super familiar with peruvian culture so I'm taking their word for it. We tried a couple rounds of their Pisco drinks and was really delighted with them. I would love to go back and try others.Finally, the service was really good. Again, not knowing much about peruvian cuisine and culture I asked a lot of questions and our server was really informative and pointed us to some great selections. I'm willing to bet that everything is good there though.I will definitely go back to test that theory and you should too!

Went there alone waiting for my friend closing here shop (somewhere else). Got to sit at the bar and made a friend with the lady who sat next to me. The bartenders were both friendly. Good atmosphere and food!I’m glad I pick this place to hangout by myself. The views around the parking lot are spectacular!

Marin and Sonoma Peeps! This place is amazing! I had not heard about it until I met the owners. Lovely, lovely people who take great pride in their food and it shows immensely. Just incredible. If you like ceviche it’s a must. The scallops are HUGE! Like 4” across! Check out the octopus appetizer pictured here. Rich bold flavors (Greg had the Lomo seafood rice) And the ceviche. O. M. G. I’m talking scallops, calamari, sea bass, octopus with delish crunchy toasted corn and more! Top notch clean cut service. We loved it. Can’t wait to go back- like probably today!
1st experience was well worth the visit. It's a bit pricey ($176 for 3 people and only 4 drinks) but other than that I really enjoyed the food. The service was good, but as per the norm, they seemed short handed. I would definitely go back.
Had lunch on the small but nice outdoor patio. The salmon salad was delish, as was the steak with great seasonings and fresh greens. Cooked perfect. The corn cake was incredible with very flavorful mushrooms. Topped it off with a Black Soul cocktail which hit the spot in all the right ways.
Food and drinks are amazing here! I’ve been here twice and both experiences with the food and service were flawless. Can’t wait to try some more dishes, but the beef empanadas and Octopus dishes are by far my favorite! Thank you to Abraham my server for excellent service.
Hands down top 3 restaurants in Marin. Incredible ambiance, super friendly staff, the menu is rich and different and the foot is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Try the beef empanada e the ceviche, they were the best I ever had.
Finally Novato has an upscale restaurant that should attract people from all over the Bay Area. The Peruvian dishes are delicious and presented very well. I'd like to see more Vegan entrees. But the lack of Vegan food probably doesn't put off many people.
