This place was great when it first opened up but now, It's horrible the really skipped out on chicken and it was noticeable because I wasn't the only one to notice. It honestly reflects off the staff. The staff was not vocal, very sad, and no fountain drinks... Just so Dissapointing. Either get a better staff or better management.
Great customer service it’s was our first time here just pick up my mobil order which was done on time they showed me my food before taking it home I loved that friendly staff definitely coming back soon
This location is horrible! The staff here must hate their jobs cause it shows on their faces and in their customer service strike 1. I went in Friday night at 9 and couldn't get a shake or bread sticks because they said they were closing. Check the door and hours say until 10pm so that's strike 2!. Then I go over to get my soda and all their sodas taste disgusting! I have worked food service for over 16 years so I know that disgusting taste is from them not cleaning their hoses or nozzle tips. Absolutely disgusting!! Strike 3! I will not return to this location again

Very slow. I was the only one in there and chicken strips took 20 minutes. Paid $9 for 5 chicken strips, which is about 1.5 chicken breasts. Not much to eat for the price. The chicken was juicy, but the breading is flavorless. They expect the sauce to flavor the chicken. KFC is king because they have seasoned breading.... canes chicken strips do too. I might pay $6 for these, $9 is a rip-off.

I won't order from here again. Everytime I do, I am missing items like dressing for both salads I ordered or what I ordered was completely wrong. I usually ordered from the one in long beach once a week but now that I'm in Whittier, I'll probably find another option in the area.
I asked for boss fries and I like special sauce and some people didn’t so I asked nicely for some of the fires and wings without sauce she read me my order right and everything and when I went back to pick up my order a other worker double checked with me and the person who attended shout out I got it and when I got home and opened since it’s sealed it came out wrong my girlfriend also pointed out she rolled her eyes at me definitely rude service food was great
"If I could leave a Zero star I would" kinda review! My young son really wanted wings so we decided to come here because our favorite wing spot was too far. We were hesitant because we had a bad experience in the past. Before we ordered I asked the girl at the register if my son could use the restroom because he needed to go really bad and she said no... I asked her how long our order was going to be approximately and she said minutes. My son said he could wait so we ordered his bbq wings. 15 minutes later we asked how much longer they said "a couple of minutes". Then a guy walks in and asked to use the restroom and they opened the restroom door for him. When I asked why my son couldn't use the restroom they said it was only available for delivery drivers. Ok. Another 10 minutes go by and my son is dancing. At this point I'm getting irritated and feel bad so my son. If I would have known they were not going to take 15 minutes I would have drove my son home. 35 minutes later my order is ready. We hurry home only to find out they didn't give us the bbq wings my son wanted they were hot spicy wings. He's literally in tears. Yes he's crying over wings!!! All he wanted was wings today. My husband had to drive back and get the right ones. This was such a huge inconvenience for us.
