Ordered a Black Forest Ham and Cold Cut Combo on the app. Paid by PayPal. Special instructions were to have each half wrapped separately, a handicap makes it very difficult to handle a full foot long without it spilling a good portion onto the floor, they won't do it. Twice I ordered those two sandwiches and the foot longs aren't completely cut in half. The sandwiches are great, the staff aren't great. Apologies don't pick up the food from the floor and with a dog in a hot car and can't go in to complain on a 20 minutes break. So I'm stuck with a footling sandwich not completely cut in half all wrapped up as one. Yes, I'm calling the manager today. And-NO, there is absolutely no reason to return.
The restaurant is good overall with no food issues, but the main con is the employees and their work on the sandwich, I encountered a female foreign employee, who has a thick accent, at this exact location and she did a sloppy job on making my sandwich, plus I notice she was throwing the ingredients way too hard onto the sandwich, like as if she is treated like trash, may come back but only when you hired professional Subway employees who treat the ingredients carefully instead of in a big mess as seen in the photo
Friendly staff. Brought my son here for lunch one day. He decided he was brave enough to order his own sandwich. The woman behind the counter was very patient and respectful. Definitely coming back.
This Subway location is always clean and stocked. The staff is very fast and efficient.

Ordered as I got there online and I gave them a minute figured it wouldn't be ready by the time I stepped in and it wasn't since they had someone waiting and someone else helping someone so by the time it was my turn I said it was a mobile order. She then started making mine and made it pretty fast way before the time on the app specified which was great. She also said apologized for the wait which she didn't need to and said I gave you and extra cookie for the wait ? I was like Yay inside since I only had ordered 2 cookies for myself but had 3 in my carry before I placed my order till I was like nah too much for one meal, yet I end up with 3 cookies ? super awesome cashier. Thanks for the hook up I really appreciated it made my day extra special.

They NEVER get it right! I ordered the buy two, get three. I go to pick it up... and sure enough ... only two sandwiches!And they never look at the special instructions.
Just can’t call it subway, they’ve ruined subway for me - they said they toast after putting vegetables, which I think everyone can agree doesn’t make any dam sense and then they put my subway in a paper bag(also toasted with the paper bag)… with no wrapping around it ?! Idk if subway changed and I’m the only person who didn’t know or this place is just “different”. Wouldn’t go overall if your a old fan of subway and want it done right.
