Employees are friendly but slow for having a drive thru
I just had a bad experience in location.Place my order in drive-thru , whoever took my order repeat it after to be sure it was correct.When i finally got to the window to pay, i got the wrong drink So i told her that instead of mocha frap it was a caramel frap. Once they give me the frap i was waiting for my other 3 drinks and she look at me like waiting for me to leave. So i asked her what about my other drinks?She went to ask and came back with other employee or manager not sure what she was and she asked what are you missing, she looked kind of bored.So i explained i’m still missing 3 drinks, 2 more caramel fraps and a water, and also told them that whoever took my order, repeated it after and i had confirm to be correct. It seems like they were thinking i was just ordering extra items on window, but it not my fault it was their mistake. Smh :/

Another one bites the dust. With 3 Starbucks in the immediate area this was my goto location since they have opened. However, over the last year they've had alot of personnel turnover and unfortunately service and quality have drastically suffered. Extra long wait times coupled with poorly trained staff has turned this Starbucks into a nightmare. As an example, I recently waited 8 minutes in the lobby to place an order and I was the only one in line. I finally just walked out.They might as well just close the lobby because 100% of their attention is geared toward drive thru and mobile orders. You'd think that after charging consumers $7.00 and up for a cup of coffee Starbucks would be able to maintain their once high standards. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Luckily there are other options in the area because this Starbucks is no longer an option.

The coffee selection is amazing and their cashier is nice.
This location has been great. Not only are the drinks made to your liking (more often than not, the other places taste as if they are using burnt old coffee). The staff is super friendly, and they made the pups night with a puppicino for each of them; Zero and Leo are excited not to share ?.
Do not use drive thru if you have a big vehicle, anything other then a car, it's a really tight fit and if you don't go wide enough you can hit a yellow pole on your left. Easier to order ahead and pick up. Other then that, staff very friendly great service.
Really convenient location to my home. Always clean inside. Service can be a little slow at times but they are friendly and apologize for the wait, which I appreciate.
Another Starbucks where the posted hours are wrong. Drive through only at 6 am, posted store hours say it's open at 430 am.
