I ordered TWO cups of coffee. The employee did not put the coffees into a carry case. I could not manage two cups of coffee, my wallet, and opening the car door. The $13 coffee spilled. Morning ruined. I am the quiet customer who does not say anything in the store. Two cups of coffee gets a carrying case. This doesn't happen at other Starbuck stores. The staff must not be trained properly. Drive down Imperial to a better store.
Love stopping by in the mornings on my way to work. Great service ?
It was nice and clean. Sat with a friend to visit. Not bothered the whole time we were there, not many people coming in only drive thru. Had the chai tea latte with soy, my favorite. Pioneer/Firestone location.
This Starbucks only had the drive-thru. I am in a wheelchair and it was a hassle going there only to find out it wasn't open.
Love their drinks, always nice to get some good coffee or tea. They are busy all day long! Still some of the best coffee beverages that you can get.
Sign says they close at 630. Don't bother because they will lock the door in advance. Can't keep a simple promise they made to public.
Fridays night they close 1 hour earlier than what they post on their schedule, have told them to update it, once they update it I'll raise to 5 stars

Slowest ever drive thru service!! 2 cars took more than 10 mins to complete!! Do not drive thru here!!
