The cleanest Shakeys I've ever been in, great food with tons of choices, salad bar, game room for the kids, nice, clean restrooms, centrally located and easy to get to. Will definitely return. Great Value for the money ?
Excellent Staff, but the arcade are modernized so you gotta use a card...half the fun was getting the tickets and feeding the ticket muncher. I hate this metaverse thing.
I've always been a fan of shakers. My order is pretty specific, well done, easy cheese etc. I wish I had her name but the girl that took my order had a great attitudeI said I would wait on my car. Surprise they brought it out to me. Now thats serviceI'll be back. Pizza was perfect
I’m not really a social media person. But this Shakey’s really wowed me with how nice & friendly the staff is here. The staff here is well trained in customer service. I had waiters coming to my table to check on how I was doing or if I needed anything. I replied to her “ I’m doing fine thank you for checking up on me not a lot of restaurants do that anymore “ my plates were removed to free up clutter without me having to ask great great service !I will for sure be backThank You
Great location Amy Gabby and the Crew here were very excellent. Johnny one of the workers here found my Sons Air pod pros and returned them to him great food establishment was very clean as well.
Great customer service from the team here. Salad bar was nice and filled and buffet had fresh food out constantly. I love to see managers working along side their team to serve their guest. Thank you guys for lunch !It was yummy …..
By far one of the best shakey’s I’ve been to clean , quick service , and staff was very interactive. Adrian made sure our order was out on time and Nathan made sure we had plates and condiments before the food came to the table. I also want to show out the manager that I spoke with I believe her name was Gabby that joked around with us and made our shakey’s experience top notch.Thank you guys for an amazing night !
My family and I were really impressed our first time here at the Shakeys in Norwalk. Are usual spot is an East LA but we will definitely be returning back to this Shakeys. Staff gave excellent service. Amy and Nathan were great and satisfied all our needs. They were constantly checking in on us and we’re keeping the store nice and tidy. Food was delicious and it was great seeing everyone working together. Managers seemed to make the environment a friendly place for their workers and customers. Had a very nice family night.
I came to the Shakeys in Norwalk. The customer service was great, but the food service was horrible. Our pizza was okay but our mojos was cooked to hard to where we only taste skin no potatoes and the chicken was extremely salty. My family got an headache after eating this chicken.
You place an order for curbside pick up because you have a handicap. wait outside for 45 mins, just to have to go in and get the rudest person.. so bad shakeys.. you need to do better. 1person pcm, 50 mins and rude customer service.. ugh
